Work Flow:
The sintered PTFE billet is passed through the iron shaft and fixed on the skiving machine.
After locking, initial settings are made. The speed is set according to the diameter and thickness of the PTFE billet. The rotary knife is adjusted and error verification is performed after jogging rotary cutting. Once the thickness meet requirement, switch to automatic mode. The spindle rotates while the rotary tool feeds vertically.

- Automatic angle adjustment of circular blade: A Mitsubishi servo motor calculates and adjusts the angle of the circular blade based on different materials (with an angle change range of ±8°). When encountering uneven cutting surfaces, the cutting angle can be directly modified to improve efficiency.
