Description
Sunrise PTFE Sintering oven mainly used for sintering moulding PTFE products , sintering the product with rquirment temperature & cooling the product. Sintering is an important procedure in the forming process of PTFE products. It will cause fundamental changes in the properties of PTFE products. Sintering temperature, cooling speed and other technological conditions directly affect the molecular weight, crystallinity and porosity of products, while the molecular weight, crystallinity and porosity also affect the physical, mechanical and electrical properties of products. At the same time, the quality of the sintering process also affects the magnitude and distribution of residual stress in products.

1.PTFE sintering furnace Features:
1.1, The outlet is installed with special pipes, and the exhaust gas is discharged along the pre-installed pipes, without polluting the workshop and the environment.
1.2, Stainless steel heating tube configuration has the characteristics of fast heating, power saving, long service life and so on.
1.3, The principle of hot air circulation, the top of the box air supply, both sides of the box and the bottom of the air suction, four sides of the air duct, high speed multi-blade circulation blower can evenly spread hot air with high air volume.
1.4, The furnace inner liner plate and turntable are made of stainless steel, and each layer of the plate is equipped with stainless steel square tube welding reinforcement rod to ensure smooth rotation, stable forming and high yield.
1.5. The door is sealed with 2 layers of ceramic fiber rope and silicone tube; Internal screws and other fastener materials are stainless steel. Motor and gear motor parts are fitted with sealed bearings.
1.6, Air conditioning cabinets are provided on both sides of the box studio and at the top and bottom, and seamless stainless steel heating pipes, fans, cochlear four-wheel wind hoods and other equipment are installed
2, Electrical control system
2.1, Temperature control system: LCD screen plus computer program instrument temperature control, can be programmed into multiple groups of sintering process, for sintering products at any time to call, sintering program can be recorded, multiple furnaces remote centralized control.
2.2, Operation mode: fixed value operation, program setting operation.
2.3, The control system adopts solid state relay to trigger zero to reduce noise, reduce pollution, facilitate maintenance and improve control accuracy.
2.4, The control cabinet of sintering furnace is equipped with temperature control system, temperature recording system, heating switch and fan start. The electric control cabinet is equipped with the corresponding ammeter according to the number of heating tube groups to determine whether the heating tube is working normally. There are heating and blast status display lights on the panel of the control cabinet to show whether the heating and blast are turned on.
2.5, The control cabinet is equipped with a buzzer responsible for sound and light alarm. Once the high temperature overtemperature protection is started, the heating will be turned off. After the alarm is lifted, the temperature will return to the set value and the heating will be automatically resumed.
3, Linear cooling system:
3.1, oven temperature control using cold and hot program temperature controller.
3.2, In order to meet the sintering process, in the cooling process, when the current temperature is greater than the target temperature, the system automatically starts and stops the cooling system, so as to achieve the linear control of the cooling.
3.3, Cooling motor: lengthened shaft motor, power 370w, wind wheel for impeller type centrifugal wind blade.
